A concert to celebrate St.Davids day at St.Davids Hall, Cardiff - featuring Bryn Terfel & guests with the BBC Wales national orchestra. We created a sea of daffodils, 1500 to be precise, & also provided a high sheen gloss black stage which was lit by Martyn Rourke. This was broadcast on S4C, as well as BBC Radio 3, Radio Wales & Radio Cymru.

Moroccan themed corporate event at the Glamorgan Cricket Club Arena. This was for The Principality Building Society's Award Ceremony. We draped the 8m drop walls & ceiling with multi-layered colourful drapes - assorted lit moroccan lanterns as table centres & plenty of pea lights around the room & bars.

Enchanted Christmas was this years Glamorgan Cricket Club's theme for their Parties. We dressed the arena with deep blue & green drapes to give the effect & depth of an enchanted forest, enhanced by the tree break up gobos designed by Phil Hurley from Stage Lighting Services. On the stage we set out backlit tree cut out panels. Each table had an LED lit white tree & around the room & entrance we created a forest theme.

Our latest & largest event design to date - The Admiral Insurance staff party at Wales's premiere venue, The Millennium Stadium. 5000 + guests, 11 months planning, 3 1/2 days fit up & 1 1/2 days de-rig - all for just 6 hours of hardcore partying! The theme this year was Wonderous Stories which included the Wizard of Oz, Hogwarts, Arabian Nights, Neverland, Wonderland & Cinders Nightclub centrepiece with its own giant glitter balls & 20 m dance floor. The Queen's visit! We were delighted to be asked to dress a factory opening to be attended by Her Majesty the Queen. We provided the red carpet & drapes, as well as plenty of rope, post & staging.

January saw us designing & installing a big top theme event at the prestigious Wales Millennium Centre for Paul Williams Events. We decorated the ceiling & walls in red & yellow drapes, & garnished 48 tables with tasty edible candy centre pieces.

Snowfall, 'secret agent' was the theme for this years Glamorgan Cricket Club SWALEC stadium party - Another year & yet another successful themed event for this venue from us. From carpeting, draping, spy lit backdrops, table centres & the ever so glamorous 'Elekta Casino' Bar.

The National Eisteddfod approached us to design the marquee for this years Maes D in Denbigh. A predominantly lime green & purple colour scheme with a funky twist of spotty red & white table cloths provided a summery feel to the space.

The Women in Wales event in support of Save The Children Fund had their annual event at the Glamorgan Cricket Club this year. We dressed the ceiling & walls in STCF red, & provided a grand entrance of red carpet & brass rope & post.

A rumble in the jungle for the size of Wales charity event at the Coal Exchange in Cardiff Bay. The charity was celebrating their achievement of planting a rainforest the size of Wales! We dressed the Coal Exchange as a tropical rainforest - this is the photo-op using our full size alligator!

This years Glamorgan Cricket Club Christmas parties had the the theme of Las Vegas - Golden table centres looking towards the Bellagio Bar, inflatable ceiling stars & gold & purple draping.

Going for Gold Flames! - We were commissioned by Icon Creative to supply olympic style flames to the tables for the Honorary Fellows dinner this year at Swansea University. For this prestigious event each table had its own individual battery operated silk flame & the grand entrance had 2 large silk flames, all supplied by Prop Art Hire Ltd.

GIG '50' - Cymdeithas Iaith - The Welsh Language Society - We designed a glasto-style event celebrating the 50 years of the society for Rondo Media - the design included a links studio in the campsite which came from a huge Teepee structure, a backstage interview area, acoustic stage & stages A&B for the main bands. All took place over a weekend in Pafiliwn Bont in West Wales & was produced by Aled John.

This years Admiral party had a completely different theme - Castlefest, where the Cardiff castle grounds were transformed into a huge outdoor festival for the event. The weather was not on our side, but we managed to complete all the dressing in the wind & the rain giving the client a successful evening with the headline act coming from Jessie J in a marquee that held 5000 staff. Our umbrella & festoon ceiling was a tongue in cheek take of our classic British summer!

We were involved in the second successful year of Cariad@Iaith as it was shot yet again in the beautiful setting of Fforest Farm Cardigan by Fflic TV - Dressing the Teepee for the live final, which was won this year by Gareth 'Alfie' Thomas! 

This years Principality Building Society awards theme was Hot Hot Hot! We warmed up the City Hall by transforming it into a tropical paradise, with beach paraphernalia, Calypso coloured table centres & a smugglers cove bar! Even St.David was up for a party dressed as a Jamaican Rasta!

This years design for Christmas was 'The Roaring 20's Prohibition Party ' in the Glamorgan Cricket Club's SWALEC stadium arena. Produced by Paul Williams Events.

We were excited to be commissioned by Icon Creative Design to install the dressing for the first ever Newport Food Festival & Gala Dinner. We produced large scale food forks from their design & hung them in the Victorian Market Hall ceiling plus food themed table centres & dressing around the room.

In July 2011 we were commissioned to dress a 'teepee' for the final of Fflic TV's successful reality series Cariad@Iaith for S4C, where celebrities learnt to speak Welsh over a week in the beautiful setting of Fforest Farm in West Wales.

This was a complete venue dress, the room started out as a cricket practice arena at Glamorgan Cricket Club, & we transformed into this glitzy 'Hollywood' Christmas event!

Jones, Jones, Jones - A make over for the Wales Millennium Centre, this was a publicity stunt to advertise a concert that was entering the Guinness Book of Records for S4C - for the most Jones' in the same venue at the same time. The large 'J' made up the 'Jones' from the original inscription 'Stones', & was the welcome for the guests as they arrived that evening.

Arghhh....There be Pirates at the CIA Motorpoint Arena - Pirate theme party which included this centre piece 20m pirate ship dancefloor which we had built specifically for this event, a 5 ton sand pit treasure dig full of treasure & much more to entertain in and around the arena...

Launch night for a reality TV series for S4C - Seren Bethlehem for Boomerang Television. The presenter used the nativity figures with cut out faces to promote the launch of the programme.

The brief was to cheer up a miserable summer of bad weather in a Cardiff office, when the staff arrived on Monday reception was now a BEACH PARTY!!!

Everyone needs one! - S4C Christmas Tour - the venue: an Igloo for Santa & friends to entertain the children.

We brought New York City to the CIA Motorpoint arena - Coney Island, Central Park, Sex in the City style cocktails, a Sports Bar, 50's Diner & Studio 54 Dancefloor entertained the guests at this party.

An evil genius' Arctic lair, Aston Martins, a casino & much more adorned the CIA Motorpoint arena!

This event was held on the 4th floor of an office block in the staff canteen - dressed as a Moroccan market and souk lounge with drapes, soft furnishings, hookah pipes & so on...the space was transformed for the evening.
